• This service is for LLC’s only.
• 1 Year Registered Agent Service.
• We use your Credit Card to do the filing with the Secretary of State NV for you.
• We will get your Employer Identification Number (EIN) for you.
• Production of all Corporate Records, Operating Agreement, Minutes of first meeting, Member List.
• Nevada Virtual Office Lease for 1 year, Client may use our Virtual Office Lease for the companies address.
• We will be providing Manager’s Name and address on Public Records, client will be invisible on public records.
• Mail distribution for 1 year, we send mail out (up to 13 oz.) on or around 1st and 15^th of each month, unless otherwise requested.
• Our staff in Nevada will maintain company records.
• Nominee Service fees $750.00, Secretary of State NV filing fees $435.63, total $1185.63 to start a new LLC.
• Annual Renewal Fees for LLC are $750.00 plus Secretary of State NV filing fees $358.75 total $1108.75 each year.
